A vibrant exchange of ideas with several visitors

Our latest Toastmasters meeting was held Sunday June 15 at the Fukushi Koreisha Center. Attendance was somewhat light due to a variety of factors, but some important business was conducted and several guests were present, including Mr. Mitsugi Sato, C5 Area Director.

The meeting kicked off with new officers being introduced and inducted by Director Sato. This year's new officers are:

Treasurer Noriko VanCampen

Secretary Yukiko Shinohara

Vice President Public Relations Haruka Yonehara

Vice President Membership Mineko Sasaki

Vice President Education Yuko Inata

President Chris VanCampen

Following the induction ceremony, a spirited meeting was held with several prepared speeches. An entertaining table topics session enabled nearly everyone present to participate and discuss fatherhood from a variety of angles. Tasty refreshments were shared and a lovely and vibrant meeting was shared by all!

多くのゲストとの活発な意見交換

最新のトーストマスターズの例会は、6月15日（日）に福祉高齢者センターにて開催されました。様々な要因により出席者はやや少なめでしたが、重要な議題がいくつか話し合われ、数名のゲストも参加しました。その中にはC5エリアディレクターのMr. Mitsugi Satoも含まれていました。

例会は、新役員の紹介およびSatoディレクターによる任命式から始まりました。今年度の新役員は以下の通りです：

任命式の後は、活気あふれる例会が行われ、複数の準備スピーチが披露されました。テーブルトピックスセッションでは、ほぼ全員が参加し、「父親」というテーマについて様々な視点から意見を交わしました。おいしい軽食も振る舞われ、和やかで活発な会となりました！
